ask them what area of the park you have been allocted pitch no it does make a differance(will they tell you ?) does it have a iron, hover heating in bedrooms etc etc etc?

haven craig tara used to be called buttlins ayr for thouse that have been to butlins and then go to craig tara what a big differance compared to what billy butlin provied with his passes/entry a real family get together.

By the way we do like craig tara as we have our caravan where we like it and have a home form home (except my cable box/pc) its just that im annoyed that bourne lesire are not supplying more with the passes like the kiddes boats should be able to use your pass etc..

.Groups Terms and Conditions
All prices shown are based on a 3 bedroom accommodation. * Linen is an optional extra of £10 per room in a 3 bedroom accommodation and linen deposit of £10 per unit is also required.

2006 @ 2005 Prices
Deposit of £50 is payable to secure the booking. Once the £50 deposit has been paid your dates will be held for you.

Arrival and departure times
On your day of arrival your accommodation is available from 3.30pm, or earlier In order for us to prepare for our next guests we do ask that you vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on your day of departure.

Late Arrivals
If you expect to arrive after 6.00pm on the first day of your stay, please let the me know so we can make arrangements for you to collect your keys.

Great family holidays
Haven and British Holiday Parks and their facilities are intended for family and adult holidays. We are therefore sorry that we cannot accept bookings from persons of 21 years of age or younger. We are unable to accept bookings for couples, or groups from this age group, whether single sexed or mixed. We reserve the right to apply discretion in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to retain the keys for accommodation if this condition is contravened. We also reserve the right to refuse a booking if we feel that the enjoyment of our holidays for guests may be put at risk.

What do you need to bring?
Self-Catering
Our well equipped Self-Catering accommodation contains cooking items, crockery and cutlery. You will need to bring washing up materials, plus towels, toiletries and personal effects. Bed linen is at an additional charge.
so all you need to bring are pool/beach towels, toiletries and personal effects.

Launderette facilities are available for any washing you may need to do during your stay and is subject to a moderate extra charge.

Parks will charge a £10 refundable deposit for bed linen in all accommodation

haven are happy to provide as much advice and information as possible to people with disabilities who wish to holiday at there Parks. It is important that you talk to them before making any booking as, for example, not all Parks or accommodation may be suitable for some disabled guests and wheelchair access may be limited. Many of our Self-Catering Parks have caravans especially adapted for wheelchair users. Please note that due to their weight and size, not all accommodation is suitable for electric wheelchairs..there team will be pleased to advise and assist you with your detailed requirements.

Dogs and other pets
For the convenience of other guests, no pets (with the exception of assistance dogs for disabled guests only) are allowed in Half Board accommodation.

Most dogs are welcome at a charge of £40 per dog per week & £20 per dog per short break, (up to a maximum of two dogs per booking). Assistance dogs for disabled guests are exempt from this charge. We reserve the right to decline certain breeds of dog.

Other pets please contact park they may be permitted at the discretion of the park. cotact park direct to discuss charges prior to making your booking. Not all Parks accept pets.

Where dogs are allowed, they must always wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead under control of a responsible adult at all times. Dogs and other pets are not allowed entry to Park facilities, restaurants or food servery areas and swimming pool areas.. We reserve the right to require the owner of any dog or other pet to remove it from the Park if we consider it a nuisance or to be interfering with the general comfort of guests.

Please note that where a public footpath or right of way crosses our Parks, dogs cannot be excluded from that area.

Children
We provide a range of indoor and outdoor facilities for children:

PAWs (12 months-4 years)
The PAWs programme operates on selected Parks throughout the main season from March-October. PAWs is an activity programme suitable for parents and children aged 12 months up to the age of 4. It is not a child minding facility and parents are required to remain and supervise their children at all times throughout the activity sessions. Places are limited and parents are asked to reserve a place on arrival at the Park.

Rory & Bradley's FunTime (5-11 years)
At all our Parks we operate Rory & Bradley's FunTime from March to October. The various activities and facilities provided are suited to the particular age groups. It is not a child minding facility and parents are required to remain and supervise their children at all times throughout the activity sessions. See individual Park pages on the website for details.

Teenagers
T-CO (12-16+)
With their own dedicated leader, T-CO operates on all our Parks from March to October. The activity programme is more limited outside the main school holiday period.

Your responsibility
Please note: Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times, as they do at any of our activities or facilities. The club activities form part of our entertainment programme, and are not child care facilities. We do not provide supervision of the children during the sessions and this is not a child minding facility and parents are required to remain and supervise their children at all times throughout the activity sessions.
It is important that you always know where your children are and that you know the times that the activities start and finish.

It is particularly important that you make sure that your children understand that they should always obey the instructions of the FunStars, T-CO leaders, Sports Instructors/Co-ordinators and Lifeguards, so that the possibility of accidents can be reduced.

Please take care
Please treat the property, facilities and accommodation at your Park with respect and care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them.

Accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage found. We reserve the right to enter accommodation under any circumstances or emergencies.

For the convenience of all our guests ball games are not permitted in the areas between and around the accommodation.

Licensing laws
In accordance with UK licensing laws, we can only sell alcohol to persons aged 18 or over. We may require you to show proof of age using an approved form of identification. We accept the following forms of ID: full passport, a new style driving licence incorporating a photograph, a Portman Group proof of age card.

Use of your holiday home
Only those people listed on the booking can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities of the Park. If this legal requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund made.

Unreasonable behaviour
For the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation, where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking or their guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests.

Infectious diseases
Infectious or contagious diseases could easily be passed to other guests whilst on holiday. You must inform the Duty Manager should you contract any such illness whilst on holiday. In order to protect our guests and team, anyone found to have such a condition may be confined or requested to leave the Park. Please note that in such circumstances we are unable to offer refunds and we therefore recommend you take out personal insurance.

Optional Extras
Supplements for Optional Extra's - pets etc can be added to these costs.

Holiday prices
The prices and charges shown on the website We guarantee once you have made your booking and paid a deposit we will not increase your holiday price unless you make a change to your booking,

Your holiday balance payment
Deposits are deducted from the full amount due. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the holiday start date must be paid in full. Full balance payment for your holiday is due no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. The balance due date will be shown on your holiday confirmation/email. Please note balance reminders will not be sent. Please keep your final confirmation safe as you must present this on arrival at your Holiday Park. If the balance is not received by the due date then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation.

Payment for your holiday
Payment can be made in full or by deposit to secure your holiday booking.

We strongly recommend that you take out Personal Travel insurance, of which a summary of cover follows.

Availability of facilities
Please note that at Parks with more than one evening entertainment venue, at certain times of the season, entertainment may only be provided in one venue, in order to ensure everyone's enjoyment.

At selected Parks during these early and late periods entertainment is provided at weekends only, although our bars will be open for your enjoyment during the week.
Certain facilities may also have height and/or age restrictions To ensure guests enjoyment in the Indoor Pools session bathing may occur.

The operation of haven Parks is subject to legislation and the guidelines laid down by the Health & Safety Executive and Local Authorities and their codes of practice.

It is possible that in some circumstances accommodation, entertainment, sports activities or a facility may be temporarily withdrawn, due to maintenance, renovation, adverse weather conditions, changes in governmental legislation, or any other factor outside there control.

We reserve the right to make such alterations in the above circumstances without prior notice, and are unable to accept liability for the loss of an advertised facility, or to pay compensation for any inconvenience caused.

Certain facilities are subject to an additional cost, please see individual Park pages for details. Please note off peak facilities may be reduced or restricted.You are welcome to use your own sports equipment, but equipment can be hired from the Park at a nominal charge.

Venues
Due to space restrictions and licensing laws some facilities have age restrictions covering certain times.

FunWorks Passes
All holidaymakers names are registered at the club on the Park. The prices of the club FunWorks passes are included in the cost. . Your FunWorks pass entitles you to use the swimming pools, participate in the Children's Clubs together with the use of leisure/entertainment facilities Please note that the Local Club Licencing Laws are such that members names and addresses must be registered Certain facilities listed on the Haven and British Holidays website are subject to an additional cost. Off peak passes for Spring and Autumn, include reduced entertainment and restricted facilities and are therefore at a reduced rate. Please note: If FunWorks passes are lost, it will be necessary to charge for replacements at the Park. The cost for individual passes may vary.

Website accuracy
We take every care to ensure that the details shown on the website are accurate. Photographs are taken at our Parks and are intended for guidance only. Layout plans are for illustrative purposes only. Please note that not all facilities and activities will be identical at all Parks. Sometimes, due to operational circumtances, activities may have to be withdrawn. Acts and artists featured are representative of those planned to appear in 2005. All reasonable efforts are made to ensure these acts and artists appear and activities take place. If, for any reason, acts are unable to appear, acts of a similar calibre will be entertaining guests during the season. No party shall be allowed to reproduce any of the contents of this website (including photographs) without written permission of Haven/British Holidays or any other copyright owner.

TV filming and photography
Do to the increasing popularity of Haven and British Holidays, we get frequent requests from TV or other companies to film/photograph on Parks, many of which we accommodate. Please be aware that filming or photography may be in progress during you holiday, and please ensure that you are aware of the positioning of cameras at all times. We will not accept responsibility if contrary to your wishes, you appear on film or in photographs.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

The Holiday Contract
The following terms and conditions (the 'booking conditions') will apply to your booking. A contract between you Haven and British Holidays will come into existence either (i) when we accept your booking and deposit payment by issuing written confirmation/email of your booking or (ii) if you have made your booking by telephone when we tell you on the telephone, or on line over the internet that your booking is confirmed

The contract binds you and all the members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms and conditions of booking. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract and loss of the booking.

If you change your booking
After you have paid your deposit you may wish to change some elements of the holiday, e.g. type of accommodation. We will try to meet your request, however, a charge of £20 per alteration to the holiday will be payable. Substantial changes, such as a change of location or holiday date will be treated as a cancellation (see below).

Any changes must be made at least 8 weeks before the holiday date, and be confirmed to us in writing/by telephone by the same person who made the booking,

Where changes are sought to be made within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday it will be treated as a cancellation, and be subject to cancellation charges as outlined.

If you cancel your booking
Should you wish to cancel your holiday please call the Customer Care Department on 0870 242 3333 and they will advise you on the documentation we require to process your cancellation. Your cancellation must also be notified to us in writing. The written notification should be sent to us by recorded delivery as your cancellation will not take effect until we receive the written confirmation. If we do not receive written confirmation of your cancellation before your holiday has commenced no refund will be given.party being unable to travel due to sickness, redundancy or jury service. Proof in the form of a doctor's certificate, employer's or court notification will be required in writing by recorded delivery prior to your confirmed holiday start date.
1. An administration charge of £50, unless your cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your holiday start date, in which case the refund will be limited to 30% of the total holiday cost.

If we cancel your booking
We will try very hard not to change the date or cancel your booking, but in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary. We will inform you of the change in date or cancellation as soon as possible and give you the options listed below.

Options if we make a major change or cancel your booking:
If we cancel your holiday or make substantial changes, we will notify you or your as soon as possible and offer you a choice of:

a) A replacement holiday

c) A full refund

Limitation of Liability
We accept responsibility for those arrangements of your holiday which are within our control, but we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any other member of your party,
