Relaxation breaks : I offer relaxation breaks during March & November, I can offer both Mid Week, Weekend & Weekly breaks. Prices are available by request.
2012 holiday dates can be reserved with a deposit of £100.00.
Late deals require full upfront payment if Less than 8 weeks from due arrival day

Prices do vary throughout the season, so if possible please send as many choices of dates as possible.
Please note that this Caravan's Host must be over 21 & also no same sex groups.
Pet & Smoke free , The max occupancy is 4 persons + 1 infant.Passes are NOT included in any price quoted. Linen can easily be arranged & supplied but this is chargeable ( please specify ).
If linen is required i can offer you the following options, hired in linen from Haven.
Supply linen ONLY ( beds not made up ).Chargeable.
Or I can arrange a supply of linen & the beds made up . ( There is however an extra charge for this service ).Chargeable.
If you want free linen you would need to supply your own linen.
Lastly please note that this Caravan is the highest grade available Exclusive Platinum .
Terms & Conditions will be submitted with all bookings, full payment is required along with the security deposit prior to arrival date , sorry no payment at the Caravan.
You can pay by regular installments if this is required please advise me .
Check in time from 13.00 hrs & Checkout before 10.00 hrs.
